WhatsApp Business saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 30K in the week of February 20. Active users also showed a steady rise, starting from 229.7K in late December and reaching approximately 255K by the end of March.

For Google Chat, weekly downloads fluctuated between 8K and 11K throughout the quarter, with a noticeable peak of 11.6K in the last week of March. Active user numbers grew steadily from 73.7K to 88.7K over the same period.
